About Rising Tide Car Wash

Located at 7201 N State Rd 7, Parkland, FL 33067, Rising Tide Car Wash operates as a car wash serving Parkland in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Parkland, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Florida, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–7 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (754) 310-3244. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, risingtidecarwash.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 1,485 reviews, which is a strong result for a car wash in Parkland and suggests consistent service.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this car wash. First, I paid for the In & Out premium wash and my car was not fully cleaned. For the price, I expected a much more thorough job, especially compared to other car washes I’ve used. After bringing this up, the manager gave me a free token to return—but I had already signed up for a monthly membership. Bigger issue is, I cancelled my membership before the billing date online and was still charged anyway. That is extremely frustrating and feels unfair. Overall, the service did not match the expectations set at signup, and the billing process has been confusing and inconsistent. I would recommend improving transparency around pricing and ensuring cancellations are actually processed on time. Also, a manager, or shift lead, or someone of that sort, should be checking cars. insane.

I paid for the premium package, around $42, and also tipped because I expected a much better result. I understand the outside is mostly machine washed, but the car was still not clean after the wash. The bigger disappointment was the interior detailing. There was still dust, dirt, and debris left in many areas, including the doors, floor, trunk area, cup holders, and seats. Some spots looked like they were barely cleaned at all. I took photos right after the service because I was honestly surprised by the quality. For the price of the package and the extra tip, I expected much more attention to detail. Very disappointed with the final result.

I'm writing now because I didn’t have time earlier due to the holiday, but all the videos were recorded within a minute after the cleaning was completed — and they speak for themselves. The service was unacceptable. I paid for a premium cleaning, specifically requesting detailed vacuuming and wiping. I even lowered the back seats to make it easier for the team to clean thoroughly. Not only did they fail to return the seats to their original position, but they also didn’t clean them properly at all. It was clear the team lacked experience and didn’t deliver even the most basic level of detailed cleaning. Honestly, I’m left wondering if I would’ve gotten the same , or worse , result had I paid for the cheaper option. This was a careless and disappointing experience.

I gave this place try! I bought the membership but i cannot do this anymore! I really hoped they do a good job. Lets start with the wash system the car goes thru. 1. The person at the front of the drive thru is supposed to wash down the front of the car manually (NEVER DONE) and on pick up trucks are supposed to wash down tailgate (NEVER DONE) 2. Never enough soap dispensed 3. The drive thru is NEVER 100% operational! Spinners and over head washers dont work. The overall wash sucks! If you dont get any add on services your car is as dirty as when you pull in. Just wet! Lets start now with the add on! They charge $15 to spray a disinfectant/deoderizer (this should be free with an interior cleaning) If you do get any services you better make sure with your own eyes that they did it. TODAY! I paid 27.50 over my monthly charges for added services. When they told me my car was ready, it was still a mess! I called the manager and he tended to the mess still all over my car. Then i asked him to show me the express wax they used on my car. He told me they didnt wax my car and did i pay for it? OFCOURE I DID! And i HAVE BEEN paying for this service to find out TODAY! They never appli

My go-to car wash place in the area. I’ve been here several times and will continue to. I always use the drive through car wash and the interior cleaning done by their staff. There are also self-vacuum stations. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and quality of the car wash. Considering it’s Florida and there’s always a little sand in the car, you get value for your money here. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff members who were eager to assist me. They were even so kind to open the car door for me before the interior cleaning 😊 The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, the waiting area is nice and comfortable too. In terms of the wash itself, my car came out looking spotless. The attention to detail was evident, as every nook and cranny was cleaned to perfection. Additionally, the process was quick and efficient, allowing me to get back on the road in no time. Another aspect of Rising Tide Car Wash that impressed me was their dedication to employing individuals with autism. It's inspiring to see a business making a positive impact in the community by providing meaningful employment opportunities. Overall, my experience at Risin
